The NCM Capital Mid-Cap Growth Fund, a series of the NCM Capital
Trust, was launched on July 6, 2007. The investment adviser to
the Fund, NCM Capital Advisers, Inc., an affiliate of NCM Capital
Management Group, Inc., collectively manages institutional accounts
across multiple strategies with assets of over $2.5 billion. The
mid cap growth strategy has been employed since 1999. The Adviser
will employ this same strategy in managing the NCM Capital Mid-Cap
Growth Fund.
