Mutual Fund

The NCM Capital Mid-Cap Growth Fund, a series of the NCM Capital Trust, was launched on July 6, 2007. The investment adviser to the Fund, NCM Capital Advisers, Inc., an affiliate of NCM Capital Management Group, Inc., collectively manages institutional accounts across multiple strategies with assets of over $2.5 billion. The mid cap growth strategy has been employed since 1999. The Adviser will employ this same strategy in managing the NCM Capital Mid-Cap Growth Fund.

The investment objective of the Fund is long-term capital appreciation. In managing the Fund, the Adviser will utilize quantitative screens and proprietary models to select mid-cap companies whose current share prices the Adviser believes are relatively undervalued. By focusing on companies the Adviser believes to be undervalued, the objective is to generate strong performance in "bull" markets and to reduce downside risk in "bear" markets.

An investor should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the Fund.
